The Effect of Happiness at Work on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Through Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable in Employees at the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of NTB Province

ABSTRACT:
This research aims to empirically test happiness at work on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement in the context of public agencies. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 50 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS 4.0). The results showed that happiness at work has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, happiness at work has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, work engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, work engagement is able to mediate the influence between happiness at work on organizational citizenship behavior.
