The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of risk management in the management of assets of the Kendari City Regional Government. The study population includes all employees at the Kendari City Regional Finance and Asset Agency. This study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Data processing and analysis are carried out using qualitative analysis techniques to implement risk management in the management of regional assets in the Kendari City Government.
