A mumpreneur is a woman that identifies herself as a mother and a businesswoman at the same time in order to achieve a professional and family balance that is difficult to achieve in the traditional wage-earning organization. As a fast growing entrepreneurship community around the world, it is important to study this concept in the Moroccan context. This study will disclose, through a survey, the relationship between motherhood and the motivation of Moroccan women entrepreneurs and will give a demographic profile of women who are referred to as mumpreneurs.
