Do Technological Innovation and Export Matter in Product Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam?

This paper studies the effects of technological innovation and export on product innovation at small and medium Vietnamese enterprises (SMEs). The study uses cross-sectional data from 2,647 enterprises from 10 selected provinces in Vietnam. This study employs Logit regression to examine the relationship between technological innovation, export, and product innovation. This study finds that technological innovation and exports have a positive impact on product innovation. The findings of this study offer some policy discussions and the development of strategies to enhance product innovation among small and medium enterprises
