Against the background of the pandemic in the world, it is a difficult task for countries to maintain the results achieved in the economy, both in terms of economic growth and many other economic indicators. Accordingly, in order to achieve this task, countries are using all the levers at their disposal to return to pre-pandemic economic indicators and maintain them. Trade, both foreign and domestic, plays an important role in the development of the economy. In order to maintain the existing business entities/entrepreneurs in the background of the current challenges, and also to improve the entrepreneurial environment for new entities and investors, important economic policy measures are required. In this regard, the direction of tax reforms can be distinguished, which is directly related to the improvement of the entrepreneurial environment.
