The study focuses on the commercialization of the organizations. Malaysian organizations are facing challenges to cope with the industrial revolution. Application of IoT, big data analytics, artificial intelligence is positively impacting on the industrial development. The study focuses on the improvement of the digitalized technology in the Malaysian organizations for developing the performance of the operational management. The research methodology focuses on the secondary qualitative research method, which improve the quality of research and help n gathering relevant information
