Experience and Advantages of Developed Foreign Countries in the Legal Regulation of Leave

This article examines the experience and legislation of developed countries in regulating the rights and interests of employees in the use of leave, analyzes the problematic aspects of the application of national legislation in this area and makes recommendations for their elimination.
