Factors Influencing Company Value in Property and Real Estate Companies and Building Construction in Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between profitability and firm value moderated by firm size. The research population in this research is property and real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. There were 57 samples in this study which were taken by purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is moderate regression analysis, with the results showing that profitability has no effect on firm value. However, profitability has an effect on firm value moderated by firm size.
